ICPIC hosts community service programs through out the year. These programs include; Youth activities, Homeless feeding programs and aids testing among others.

City-Wide Jummah

Our Annual Islamic Heritage Festival & Parade weekend activity begins 1:00pm Friday, with Salatul Jummah (the Muslim congregational prayer service) at the world renowned Independence National Historical Park, located at 5th and Market Streets. Independence National Historical Park is America’s most historic square mile with more than 20 landmarks open to the public. It is the Home of the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the National Constitution Center and the new Presidents House which commemorates the lives of nine enslaved Africans who lived and worked in the nation first White House.

We invite all the Muslims to join us in showcasing our community in the heart of center city Philadelphia, the cradle of American Democracy to pro-actively proclaim our citizenship and ownership of America.


Festival & Parade

The Annual Islamic Festival and Parade is a cultural and social institution in Philadelphia. The first festival and largest of it’s kind in the country, it started in 1993 and have continuously been held for over 22 years. Vendors please register here; Vendor Application Here.


Monthly Programs

Community Feeding and HIV testing in collaboration with the University of Penn and the American Muslim for Hunger Relief on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month, serving over 5,000 resident living in West Philly since January 2012. We also offer an Artist Showcase, Literary Cafe, Scholars Round Table and an Open Mic.


Youth Programs

ICPIC's New Africa Center hosts Youth Adventure Winter Break /Spring Break and Summer Camps for youth Ages 6 – 13. Activities Include: Bowling, Roller Skating, Academic Enrichment, Arts and Crafts, Computer Literacy, Field Trips, Cultural Awareness, Health & Fitness Awareness. Free Lunch & Snacks are also included.
